FOOD AND FARMACY FOR MONDAY

The moon rules the salty taste, milk and milk products, rice, sweet potatoes—cold foods like cucumber and coconuts along with cooked, stewed and brewed foods. She also represents herbs that are unctuous, nourishing tonics.

PRACTICE AND TEND

Moon rules the face, the eyes (left), the lymph, plasma, and fluid balance. The breasts, our fertility, stomach and blood are also under her influence. On Mondays, we can celebrate our femininity, calm the mind and emotions as we pay homage to the Moon.
