Yoga for menopause


This 1 hr yoga for the stages of menopause is a calming, nurturing practice that focuses on bone strength, softening the emotional landscape while gently supporting the mind, body and spirit through the transitional years of perimenopause and menopause.

11.30 am – 12.30 pm Fridays at Yoga Om Studio, Norwich.
