We’ll also explore how your attention and energy shape your experience. In many traditions, this is described as Prana—the vital energy that flows through you. You don’t need to understand the concept fully to feel its effects.
What’s important is this: Where your attention goes, your energy follows. When you learn to direct that energy intentionally, things change. You feel more present, more focused, and more capable of creating meaningful results.
We'll help you build simple habits to:

Use breath, movement, and mindset to reset when life gets overwhelming
